Psychology of Management was created to help students realize just how much psychology there is in managing people.  Good managers are always learning and looking for ways to improve themselves and those they manage. The main problems tackled in this course concern concepts of personality and psychological traits that may determine the success or failure in business, business relationships (aggression, attractiveness), individual behaviors in organization, stress management, cross-cultural psychology.
